THE BUSH HUT
The Bush Hut is set within the bush and other campers cannot access it or disturb your peace and quiet
The Bush Hut is unfenced and game on the farm is free roaming. Stilte does not have any predators, so mountain bike rides and leisurely walks are encouraged.

What can I expect from a visit to the Bush Hut?
- Fully furnished two bed house/chalet with bathroom and kitchen
- Two comfortable single beds with bedding and pillows. These beds can be pushed together for a double bed
- Towels, toilet paper and hand sanitizer
- Big freezer/fridge
- Crockery, utensils, pots, pans etc.
- Microwave
- Toaster and Braai-pan

Stilte hosts a variety of abundant birdlife at various times of the year.
GAME WATCHING
If you are more into game views from your car, Stilte has a selection of gravel roads that you can view game from.
STAR GAZING
When last did you experience dark nights filled with gazing stars?
At Stilte you can catch up on this and watch the stars from the comfort of the porch of the Boshuis.
SUNSETS
Do you crave soul searching sunsets?
Our sunset driveway allows you to view the sunset from the comfort of your car – or even better, pack some snacks and drinks, your camping chair and view the sunset in luxury whilst enjoying the spectacular view.
TRANQUILITY
Stilte is known for its deafening silence, amazing sunsets, and peaceful atmosphere. We are far away from bright lights and loud noises coming from surrounding lodges and villages. You may be “disturbed” by the call of jackal at dusk.
ACCESS
Can I leave Stilte if I want to enjoy the nearby Dinokeng Game Reserve and local restaurants?
Yes. The entrance gate to Stilte has a code that you will receive upon check-in. You are welcome to come and go as you please. If you want to stay out later and return after dark, arrangements can be made, and you will be accommodated accordingly.
